Our Returns Policy
Our returns policy is quite simple.
TYPE A RETURN - If we make a mistake
- send the wrong item - or there is some defect in the
product. We will refund 100% including the return
freight.
TYPE B RETURN - If you order the wrong item or over-order and wish to return part of an order we will refund 100% of the cost of the product minus a 15% restocking fee but will not be able to refund you the freight. You also will need to pay the freight back to us.
To qualify for a 100% refund for either of the above,
the product must be returned in a marketable condition
and in its original packaging.
All intended returns (RMAs) should be notified to us
by telephone or email within 5 days of receipt of the
goods. We will issue you with an RMA # which
should be displayed on the outside of the package and on
a note inside the package with a short reason for the
return.
Please use a registered shipping service such as UPS
or FEDEX which provide a means of tracking the shipment.
Special order items are non-returnable - a special order item is one that you cannot order directly from the site. For example, an item where you have to work with a customer service representative to get it designed or customized for your application.
