This unit is built to last, with a 1-year parts and labor warranty. The compressor is covered for 3 years. This unit is made and the U.S.A in has many optional accessories, such as nozzles, exhaust kits and a pump. A thermostatic expansion valve, not found on ordinary units, automatically adjusts to the environment, functioning day-after-day, year-after-year regardless of conditions.

This was once the Topaz TZ-18A unit, but now under the Flagro name, still made in the USA. Accessories for these Flagro units still work with the Topaz air conditioners
